The T1 Blower Upgrade Kit includes a thicker wind guide plastic rib pipe and a larger wind volume blower. After the replacement, it can effectively reduce the noise of the blower, allowing you to print without the annoyance of noise.
Please be sure to read this guide before upgrading, follow the steps included in this guide to complete the upgrade. If you have any questions, you can contact our technical team.
1.The upgrade kit includes:
①Blower: 1 unit;
②Blower driver board: 1 piece;
③Drive conversion cable: 1 piece (already connected);
④Plastic rib pipe: 1 piece;
⑤Plastic rib pipe silicone head: 1 piece;
⑥M3*8 screws: 4 pieces.
2.Parts that need to be 3D printed:

Before replacing the fan, please check the upgrade kit materials to ensure they are complete; then 3D print the required parts. After all parts are printed and inspected, proceed to the next step.
1.Connect the printer and the mobile terminal to the same local area network.
2.Enter the printer's IP address in the mobile terminal browser to connect to the printer.
3.Click on the "Menu" bar in the upper left corner, open the last item, and open the "printer.cfg" configuration file.
4.Find the command line where "[fan]" is located (T1 is around line 115), change "cycle_time" from 0.00005 to 0.0001; change "max_power:0.8" to "max_power:0.6", and then add an M106 macro module code (the approximate location is shown in the figure, at the bottom of the [adxl345] module), and finally click "Save and Restart" in the upper right corner:

1.Unplug the power supply of the machine, and after all indicator lights are off, remove the 6 fixing screws from the upper shell and take off the upper shell:
2.Unplug the box fan and the turbine fan terminal from the motherboard. Remove the two fixing screws of the box filter fan from the bottom, take off the filter, and then pinch the box fan clips on both sides from the bottom to remove the module:
3.Remove the effector main cable, take off the air guide and the plastic rib pipe silicone head:
4.Remove the three fixing screws of the blower, unplug the blower plug from the motherboard, and remove the blower along with the plastic rib pipe from the machine:
All disassembly work has been completed.
1.Install the new blower in the position of the original box fan (no longer use the box fan function), and it requires two fixing screws:
2.Install the driver board in the position of the original blower. Put one end of the 3D printed fixed board handle's round hole onto a screw column of the original blower, and fix the screw hole on the side close to the driver board with one screw:
3.Use the 3D printed plastic rib pipe fixing piece to fix the plastic rib pipe in the upper shell, and one tightening screw is needed:
The red circles in the figure indicate the positions that need to be fixed with screws:
Pay attention to the connection sequence of the blower and the driver board, check if it is reversed:
4.Push the plastic rib pipe into the silicone set with force, pay attention to the strength, keep the outer diameter of the pipe undeformed, and prevent damage to the plastic rib pipe:
5.Install the plastic rib pipe silicone set on the effector air inlet hole by rotating, and install the effector main cable:
6.Clip the printed plastic rib pipe clamp, evenly clip two places up and down:
7.Power on the machine, turn on the cooling fan (click "Control→Fan→Cooling Fan" in turn), and make sure the fan can work normally (no reversal, you can feel it with your hand near the nozzle outlet, be careful not to heat the nozzle to prevent scalding):
8.If everything is normal, install the printed air duct model in the position of the original box fan, which can be fixed with glue or tape, and slowly close the upper cover, making sure the air duct is directly opposite the upper blower air inlet:
9.Open the calibration interface and recalibrate the machine.
10.Open the calibration interface to recalibrate the machine. After the upgrade is complete, please use the T1 Pro configuration in Flsun Slicer to slice and print
Congratulations, you have completed all operations, and you can now enjoy a quieter usage experience.
